LA 24th April 2012
Today we met up with Scott and he drove us to Hollywood so Cath and Chris could get a up close and personal view of the Hollywood sign.
On the way back we checked out some stores including a Radio Shack and a Joannes.
Back to our hotel by around 4:30pm for the usual rest before we had dinner at the Outback Restaurant - we had Outback the first night of this trip and this was our last restaurant meal for this trip.
There was some packing down, tomorrow night we fly home.
LA 23rd April 2012
We are pretty tired and ready to go home.
We went to the Richard Nixon Museum and had a look around.
For lunch we visited our friend Lidia at Dennys.
Back to the hotel for that rest and then Cath and Chris shouted us to dinner at the pasta place in the hotel for dinner.

Today we drove from Arroyo Grande back to LA, around 350 K's.
On the way we stopped in at Simi Valley to let Cath and Chris have a look at the Ronald Regan Museum. Rayls and I had seen the museum back in November so we checked out the area and even found a quilt shop which had obviously been closed down some time ago.
Pretty heavy traffic along the 5 as we bypassed LA onto our Anaheim hotel.
Our hotel is the Red Lion just a few hundred metres from Disneyland. Nice hotel but the internet is not good.
We had a rest before dinner at the iHop next door to the hotel before heading down the road to a Dairy Queen for desert.
