Home and a debrief

So here I am on Thursday morning - 3:30am at work, been home nearly 4 days. Jet lag has been tough, night shift probably doesn't help.

We have early plans for a trip in 2012, maybe late October to get Rayls to the quilt fair in Houston.

As for 2011, need to remember not to save money on two tickets and ensure the luggage is not an issue. Also in relation to luggage need to buy less - so hard when things are so cheap. I basically replaced my wardrobe and that won't happen next time so that will help.

The 2011 trip was a big success. Just the right amount of driving, down time, time with friends and it was a real bonus to spend time with son Scott in LA.
